Established in 2022 and occupying 26,000 square feet in Westbury, Long Island, “MoCA Center” operates a central kitchen that can supply and support all restaurants in the portfolio with standardized pre-processing as well as direct catering up to the highest standards and requirements.
This R&D Center ensures the continuity, integrity, organization, and disciplined development of the institutional knowledge MoCA has accumulated since 2006.
The core mission of the center includes new product research and development, existing product optimization and data compilation, logistics support, warehousing, staff training, and general portfolio operations support.
