The Five-Two-Five will be located in downtown New Rochelle, New York, in a state designated opportunity zone directly opposite Sand Points on Long Island, 11 miles from Flushing and 12 miles from Manhattan. Combining five separate parcels into one development parcel, a 30-story commercial and residential complex is planned to be equipped with public facilities such as a library, gym, and clubhouse with a total of 355 residential apartment units, 276 parking spaces, and multiple commercial units of about 5,300 square feet, as well as sky gardens, bars, etc. The land area is 22,785 square feet, with a buildable area of 528,000 square feet. The project is expected to be completed in 2025, at a total value of $360 million.
